NAIOP Southern Nevada will provide you with an opportunity to learn more about the office, industrial and retail properties throughout the valley on this 3 hour bus tour.
Brokers will lead the discussion on each of the 6 buses driving the same route.

11:00 AM Registration, Buffet Lunch, Exhibits & Games
12:30 PM Buffet Lunch Ends & Buses Begin Boarding
1:00 PM Buses Depart from Veil Pavilion at Silverton
3:30-4:00 PM Reception, Exhibits & Games (depending bus return)
5:00-5:30 PM Table Sponsor raffles followed by NAIOP raffle (approximate time)
6:00 PM Event Concludes

Project Criteria

Spec Development Projects - Developer must be a NAIOP Member
Build-to-Suit Projects - Contractor must be a NAIOP Member
Office / Industrial / Mixed Use (must have office or industrial use) / Retail Product Type
Must be under construction started by Nov. 2019 or completed between Nov. 2018 and Nov. 2019
