This webinar will provide members with an update on the Biden administration’s proposed legislation and policy initiatives affecting the commercial real estate industry, with a specific focus on NAIOP’s top public policy and legislative priorities. Aquiles Suarez, NAIOP’s senior vice president for government affairs, will provide a mid-year update and outlook on the various policy proposals affecting taxes, infrastructure, and energy-efficiency in commercial buildings.
