NAIOP Southern Nevada will provide you with an opportunity to learn about the office, industrial and retail developments throughout the valley. We’ll travel on virtual ‘buses’ to 4 sponsored story book themed zones. Includes reception with heavy appetizers, drink ticket and raffles! YOU WON’T WANT TO MISS THIS!
The event will include an expansive exhibitor hall flanked by 4 sponsored Story Book themed rooms. Attendees will choose their assigned “bus” at registration and travel through each of the zones with a flyover video highlighting the new developments within a specific segment of the market. The tour guides (office, retail, and industrial brokers) will add some color commentary and market intel along with Q&A before guiding their “riders” to the next zone. After the market tour is complete, we will have a networking reception with heavy appetizers, drinks, games, and raffles. The properties will also be printed in our annual guide book.
Guide Book: We've joined forces again with Nevada Business Magazine to produce our guidebook. The guidebook will be the center supplement to the November issue of the Nevada Business Magazine, where it will have a combined (mail and virtually) readership of almost 125,000. In addition, the guidebook will be reprinted and provided to attendees at the event.

Advance Discount Price Registration deadline is 5 pm on Friday, October 21, 2022. Final Registration Deadline is 5 pm on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. Cancellations must be received in writing by deadline date to receive a refund. Fees are due if notice of cancellation is not received. Online and emailed reservations are considered firm and unpaid no-shows will be billed.
