Tours begin with a room sponsor presentation & flyover video of each zone.

2:20 pm Virtual Buses Load

2:30 pm Virtual Tours Begin in each of our 4 themed rooms rotating each 30 minutes

4:30 pm Reception, Heavy Appetizers, Drink Ticket, Exhibits, Games & Photo Booth

5:30 pm - approximately Sponsor raffles followed by the grand prize raffle drawing

6:00 pm Event concludes

Guidebooks: Including all of the property information are at registration and also inserted into the center supplement of the November issue of Nevada Business Magazine. Combined readership of over 125,000 (mail and online).
