Property Submissions have closed - see below criteria:

Criteria: Projects must either be under construction (slab poured) by November 2024 or completed between November 2023 and November 2024. The committee reserves the right to accept projects and also to exclude projects that do not meet the criteria:
Spec Development Projects: Developer must be a current NAIOP Southern Nevada member.
Build-to-Suit Projects: Contractor must be a current NAIOP Southern Nevada member.
Office / Industrial / Retail / Mixed Use: (Mixed Use must have office, industrial or retail).

Cancellations must be made by email on deadline date to receive a refund. Fees are due if notice of cancellation is not received. Online and emailed reservations are considered firm and unpaid no-shows will be billed.
