NAIOP Community Service Thanksgiving Meal Drive

THANKSGIVING MEAL DRIVE

Our Community Service Committee is working with Communities in Schools to provide 40 families of Walter V. Long Elementary School with Thanksgiving Meals.

The committee will be assembling and decorating baskets for delivery at Walker V. Long Elementary School before the holiday.

WHO: NAIOP Membership partnering with Communities in Schools to support Walter V. Long Elementary School

WHAT: Join us in our mission of providing 40 families their Thanksgiving meals as well as groceries to supplement their pantries for 30 days through the holiday season
•    ADOPT A FAMILY HERE: SIGN UP SHEET
•    List of items needed: GROCERY LIST
•    Each list provides enough food to prepare a complete Thanksgiving meal for a family of four, with an estimated cost of approximately $70.00 per list

WHEN:
•    Donations should be dropped off to Minero General Contractor anytime November 12th – 14th between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
•    All members are invited to help decorate and assemble each family’s baskets on November 15th from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
   o    This is a family and kid friendly event
   o    Lunch will be provided for all volunteers
   o    Volunteers are welcome to join for any amount of time in the 3-hour window – all participation makes a difference!
