Projects must either be under construction (slab poured) by November 2025 or completed between November 2024 and November 2025. The committee reserves the right to accept projects. Submission deadline including images is July 15, 2025 - hard deadline.
- Criteria: The Committee reserves the right to exclude projects that do not meet the criteria.
- Spec Development Projects: Developer must be a current NAIOP Southern Nevada member.
- Build-to-Suit Projects: Contractor must be a current NAIOP Southern Nevada member.
- Office / Industrial / Retail / Mixed Use: (Mixed use must have office, industrial or retail).

2:00 pm Welcome announcements
2:20 pm 'Buses' Load Into Rooms
2:30 pm Tours begin in each of our 4 themed rooms rotating each 30 minutes
4:30 pm Reception, heavy appetizers, drink ticket, exhibits, games & photo booth
5:30 pm approximately Sponsor prize drawings followed by the grand prize
6:00 pm Event concludes
